All applications are passed onto the Chairperson of the Selection Panel after the closing date of the position.
- A shortlisting process will then commence where the Selection Panel will list those candidates whose resume/CV and cover letter best meets the requirements of the position. The IUIH anticipates that the shortlisting may take one to two weeks after the closing date to conclude.
- Shortlisted applicants are contacted and invited to attend an interview to further discuss their applications. The interview may ask questions related to the remainder of the selection criteria and requires applicants to address how best they meet the requirements for the position.
- Referee reports will be obtained for those preferred candidates after the interview has been conducted.
If you have been shortlisted you will be contacted and will be invited to attend an interview.
Only those candidates that were interviewed are notified of the outcome of their application.
If you have not been contacted within two weeks of the closing date, you should consider that your application has not be successful at this time.
